How do I book a reservation? You can book our services by calling us directly, sending an email, text message, or using our online booking system. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially for airport transfers and special events.

 

What areas do you serve? We provide transportation services in Washington, DC, and the surrounding areas, as well as nationwide through our trusted affiliate network. Please contact us to confirm service availability for your specific destination.

 

How much advance notice do you need? While we can often accommodate same-day requests, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For special events or group transportation, advance notice is preferred.

 

Do you track flights for airport pickups? Yes, we monitor all flights in real-time and adjust pickup times automatically for delays. We provide a complimentary wait time of 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights.

 

What is included in your hourly service? Our hourly service includes a dedicated executive transporter and vehicle for your exclusive use, with flexibility to make multiple stops and schedule changes. Tolls and parking fees are additional when applicable.

 

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and offer corporate billing accounts for business clients. Payment is typically due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations made more than 4 hours before your scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 4 hours may incur fees, and no-shows are charged the full service amount.

 

Do you provide car seats for children? Please let us know when booking if you need car seats or booster seats. We can provide them with advance notice to ensure proper installation and safety compliance.

 

What happens if my flight is delayed? We automatically track flight delays and adjust your pickup time accordingly. You won't be charged extra for delays, and your chauffeur will be there when you arrive.

 

Can I make changes to my reservation? Yes, we understand plans change. Contact us as soon as possible to modify your reservation. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
